We will at our discretion accept or reject your offer to purchase. If we do not accept your offer to purchase the goods or services for any reason (for example, if the product is unavailable or out of stock), neither of us will be under any further liability to the other arising out of your original offer or our non-acceptance of that offer. You may opt to be notified when the product comes back into stock.

We will endeavour to deliver the goods you order within a timely manner, but accept no liability for failure to do so. Title to and risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon dispatch. Postage insurance available and recommended. All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of goods and services tax. Use of the products advertised on this site

The products advertised on this site are intended for use by healthy adults over the age of 18 years, unless stated otherwise. Red Dot Rescue can be used by all ages (under 2 years old upon advice of a health professional).

Consult a medical doctor before the use of any product advertised on this site if:

Regular exercise and proper nutrition are essential for achieving your health goals. The dietary supplements advertised on this site are intended to supplement and support your own efforts.

Read all product packaging carefully and use only as directed. Do not exceed recommended dosages. Improper use of a product will not improve results and is not advised.

When you have finished making purchases click “proceed to check out”. Fill in your purchase/delivery details and proceed with payment over our secure server.

Methods Of Payment

RD Rescue Pty Ltd accepts payment by cheque, bank transfer or credit card (via PayPal and Stripe)

Customers and wholesalers without approved credit accounts, who chose to pay by bank transfer or cheque, must provide evidence of payment clearance before their order is dispatched.

Credit Accounts

RD Rescue Pty Ltd may at its own discretion offer a credit account to approved customers/wholesalers.

Credit Account invoices must be paid within 14 days from the date of invoice (invoice supplied with goods).

Statements are issued monthly where any balance is due. Final payment must be made within 14 days of the statement date.

The granting of any credit facility or nomination of any credit limit is an indication only of RD Rescue Pty Ltd’s intention at the time. RD Rescue Pty Ltd may vary and/or withdraw any credit facility at any time at its discretion and without any liability to the Customer or any other party.

If payment exceeds 30 days from statement date your account will be suspended & orders held until all overdue accounts are paid. Unpaid invoices exceeding 75 days will incur a charge of 0.5% per week on outstanding balances, calculated from invoice date.

Shipping

Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible, we endeavour to send out orders between 24 to 48hrs after receipt of payment, we do our best to fill orders promptly, but if there are delays, we will contact you.

Delivery is via Australia Post. Delivery times can vary depending on your location, however please allow up to 10 business days for your parcel to arrive.

For delivery of urgent orders please let us know as we may be able to help.

Unfortunately once your order has left our premises and is in the hands of the postal system we no longer have control over its delivery. So in the unfortunate case of a late or missing order we cannot be held responsible, but are more than willing to launch an investigation via that courier into locating the missing goods. Sign upon delivery option is the most secure and can be added at checkout.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if your order has not turned up after at least 10 days and we will check all details and get the investigation process launched for you.

If for some reason your package is damaged in the post (again, hasn’t happened!) we will replace it upon proof of damage – simply send us pics. You have 30 days to let us know. 
NO CLAIMS ARE ACKNOWLEDGED AFTER THIS TIME.

If you have changed your mind or accidentally ordered the wrong product and request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, only once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so make sure you post it back to us in good time. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.

If something is faulty or incorrectly described or different from the sample shown we will happily meet our legal and good natured obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

Shipping costs can’t be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that you aren’t returning.
